Well my mild mannered blog viewers, you read correctly we are BACK!!! Of course you understand that after a couple gets married they kind of well uh hem you know disappear for a while. Well we are BACK and (hopefully) will be continuing to update the blog!! The last time you read I (josh) was scaling the highest mountain in Germany and now Lila and I are scaling the mountain called marriage! We have had SO much fun on this wonderful adventure!!! We were married on August 4th, 2007 (i remembered and didn't need any prompting from Lila ;-D ). The wedding was wonderful. It was held downtown at our church on Wentworth street. As everyone says the wedding FLEW BY. We escaped to our car (me (josh) (the Groom) smiling through a mouth full of bird seed thrown by one of my random relatives at major league pitching speed) And headed downtown with our photographers for our exclusive photo shoot. So we stayed our first night at Middleton Place after eating dinner at their wonderful restaurant and then the next day we headed for the hills!!! The hills of asheville North Carolina that is. We had our own private cabin, massages on the porch, and plenty of......touring ;-D. Then we came home and i started school and Lila went back to work. For those of you who do not know i am finishing my degree at College of Charleston. So I'll graduate in May! Life is great!!! Lila and i are learning much and loving much more! A couple of fun home projects we have had are #1 moving the Washer and Dryer out to their new home (in my Shop) uh i mean OUR shop. That involved a little digging and piping but was not bad at all. Now we are on our 2nd project...Putting in a new bathroom!!! We hope to have it finished sometime within the next few months! So anyone who wants to soak their toosh in our nice BIG bathtub feel free to let us know and we'll schedule a time for you to turn into a raisin! Yup that's a very quick version of what we have done since we Got married. Now i need to tell you Lila and i have looked and prayed and thought a lot about a BIG decision. WE have decided to move to Columbia SC to attend Columbia International University, and hope to receive missions degrees there. We are in the process of applying now and would definitely love and appreciate your prayers! We love and miss you all!!! Talk and SEE some of you soon!!! Happy upcoming holidays!
